SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS

all orders made in www.bagsleathershop.com site are shipped through express courier “ poste italiane spa” that has a special arrangement with mfr. borsettificio lara san paul which guarantees delivery door to door.

at the time of purchase, during the process of order, according to the country of residence indicated in the registration phase, the  shipping charges will be automatically calculated.

mfr. lara san paul do effect shipments in italy and to all over the world ( eu and non-eu countries).

residents in italy have two shipping methods available, as follows:

1) Courier “poste italiane spa” (national speed post parcel) at the cost of euro 10,00 (if the customer pays by credit card or advance bank transfer)

2) Courier “poste italiane spa” (national speed post parcel) at the cost of euro 3,00 + euro 10,00 when the customer pays the courier  directly at the delivery (c.o.d. terms – cash on delivery).

residents abroad have only one shipping method available:

-trough express courier “poste italiane spa” with international speed post parcel and the payment has to be effected by credit card or advance bank transfer only.

delivery times

orders are processed the following working day from receipt of order. once the purchase is completed and finalized after the client has received the e-mail confirmation, the order will be shipped within 6 working days.

deliveries are not made on weekends and public or religious holidays.

traceability and trucking number

poste italiane spa assigns a reference number to each shipment.as soon as the order is collected by poste italiane spa, the client will receive an e-mail indicating the reference number. it will be possible to follow the stages of progress of the shipment by connecting directly to the site:

delivery addresses.

the client can choose as the shipping address: their own home residence, office or the address of a third person.

in the event that the express courier cannot effect the delivery

to the final destination, the procedure will be as follows:

shipments in italy:

-    the courier will attempt  to deliver for two consecutive working days leaving each time a notification advice. in the event of the consignee absence for both times, the shipment can be collected c/o the post office indicated on the notification advice  left by the courier (the maximum time of stoppage will be of 7 working days)

shipments abroad:

-    the courier will attempt to deliver for two consecutive working days leaving each time a notification advice, but the second one has to be agreed between the courier and the consignee. in the event of the consignee absence for both times, the shipment can be collected c/o the agency warehouse indicated on the notification advice left by the courier (the maximum time of stoppage will be from 3 to  10 working days)

if the shipments will not be collected after the time of stoppage, the courier will ship back the parcel to mfr. lara san paul  warehouse and the company will contact you via e-mail

RETURNS

Borsettificio Lara San Paul snc wishes to guarantee the complete satisfaction of the Customers, allowing them to return the purchased products.

Withdrawal right

If the Customer is unsatisfied with the product(s) or in the case the shipped products do not correspond to the requested one , it is possible to return the purchase within 15 working days from the delivery date.
Withdrawal rights are to be exercised only by the person who has purchased the product(s) (invoice holder) and not by other people that might have received the delivery.

The return of the product is subject to the acceptance by Borsettificio Lara San Paul snc . In order to proceed with the return an e-mail shall be sent to info@bagsleathershop.com . The e-mail must contain the following information:

- Name
- Surname
- Order reference number
- Reason for return

Also a written notice containing the same information must be sent by the Customer via registered mail to Borsettificio Lara San Paul snc with return signed registered mail advice notice within the following 48 hours.

The Customer shall then send back the product to Borsettificio Lara San Paul snc , using the express courier voucher, that is already contained in the packaging at the time of delivery.

Returned items, for which the above indicated procedure has not been followed, will not be accepted.
